We courier all purchases any where in New Zealand, any courier problems, must be notified within 2 working days. Should you not be satisfied with the your purchase for any reason, we will either replace with another of the same product (subject to availability) or refund your money within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.

If the goods you have purchased have arrived in good condition, but you have simply changed your mind, we will accept the goods back provided they are returned within 5 working days and in the original packaging.

The cost of any such returns will be the purchases responsibility.

Should the product be damaged in anyway, our company will cover the cost of the return.

Free delivery for any purchase of $150.00 or more. (furniture is excluded from the free delivery). Any purchase under $150.00 will be charged at the current courier rate.

Whilst we endeavor to stock all products displayed on our Wedding Register and online shopping, through unforeseen circumstances, we may be out of stock. If you have made your payment and we cannot deliver, we will credit your card within 7 working days or sooner.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
